Where an account is closed by jilit without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder through the original payment method where practicable.

jilit's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilit account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilit's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
jilit operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable PAGCOR regulations, the applicable regulations shall prevail.
